Helping you on your path to recovery

I am passionate about helping people heal. Throughout my professional experience, I have witnessed the profound healing effects of counselling and how it empowers people to grow and make meaningful and positive changes in their lives.
I live in Morayshire, a beautiful part of Scotland. I really enjoy daily walks with my dog, and I enjoy pottering in my small garden.

If you are unable to travel to counselling sessions because of the distance or your time is limited, you may prefer to have sessions online or over the phone. You can choose where you want to have your sessions, such as at home or in your car.
If you enjoy the outdoors or would like to try something different you might prefer to have your session on a walk. Walking in nature has been shown to improve our mental health. Sessions will be walked at your own pace in a mutually agreed-upon location.

A Simple Yet Powerful Exercise to Help Nurture a Healthier and Happier Mind
1. Take a moment to notice your breath for just 10 seconds.
2. Tune into the rhythm of your heart for the next 10 seconds.
3. Feel the connection to your feet for another 10 seconds.
Try to weave this practice into your day whenever it comes to mind. A gentle reminder can be every time you touch a door handle. The more you practise this exercise, the more natural it will feel and you'll begin to experience the benefits of a calmer mind.
